Learn about future grants that will be available for festival and event organizers in the State of Washington. We will cover funding opportunities from the Washington State Arts Commission, and other funding sources for events of all sizes.

A Behind the Scenes Look at the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

Each year thousands of tourists flock to the tulip fields to view the blooming of the Tulips. But the spectacle is more than just flowers – each year residents put on an incredible festival that goes along with the spectacular flowers. Get a behind the scenes look at how event organizers accomplish this.

Lunch

Enjoy salmon from the famed Kiwanis Salmon Barbecue, an annual event at the festival.


12:45 – 2:45 p.m.

Visit the incredible RoozenGarde and Tulip Town tulip fields and see what makes them work.
